Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy At 2 Oceans Solutions, we value clear communication, practical planning, and efficient execution. The following policy helps ensure a smooth experience for all clients and projects. Free Consultations Free consultations are short introductory calls designed to understand your business needs and determine whether we’re the right fit. These sessions do not include detailed audits, implementation work, or in-depth strategic consulting. One free consultation per business/client unless otherwise agreed. Paid Discovery & Strategy Sessions Paid sessions are structured working sessions focused on planning, operational guidance, implementation mapping, and business support. Payment is required upfront to confirm all paid bookings. Any ongoing implementation work or additional support outside the booked session may be quoted separately. Rescheduling & Cancellations Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a once-off reschedule at our discretion. Missed appointments or no-shows are considered forfeited sessions. Project Scope Consultation and discovery sessions are intended to assess needs, provide guidance, and map out practical next steps. Booking a session does not guarantee ongoing project availability. Additional implementation work, retainers, or support services will be scoped separately where required. Communication Communication outside scheduled sessions may be limited depending on the service booked. Ongoing support and response expectations will be outlined within relevant service agreements or retainers. Payments All pricing is listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed before service delivery unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Right to Refuse Service 2 Oceans Solutions reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our services, availability, or business values. By booking a service with 2 Oceans Solutions, clients acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
